For Five Drops of Honey
For Five Drops of Honey is an unpublished adult picture book inspired by Animal Farm.
Set in a garden inhabited by insects, the story follows a group who revolt against a tyrannical gardener to gain control of their honey. What begins as a hopeful revolution gradually turns into intense internal competition, exhaustion, and a return to the old order—leaving them with even less than before. Through allegory and a muted visual palette, the book reflects on cycles of power, competition, and exploitation.
